Cru Student Leadership
Student leadership is very important to our Cru movements. Here are some important documents that we want our student leaders to have access to as they lead our movements.
Since we are a student org, we want as many qualified leaders as we can. To do this, we need to know where you are at in your faith. This allows us to best support you and enable you to be the best leader you can be. This also allows us to get feedback into how/if we are teaching these concepts. The leadership application is a tool we are utilizing to create a system of feedback between you as the students and us as the leadership team. When it comes to experience, there are no right or wrong answers - just be honest.
We are asking all leaders to fill out this form online. If that is not possible submit it via PDF to shepherd-l@mtu.edu.
This would include being part of the shepherd team, a ministry team leader, or a small group leader.
This is also the form that you can use to recommend another student for a leadership position.
We would also like each student leader to agree to the Cru Leadership Expectations. (See doc. below)
